Living Wage Week – Why We’re Proud to Be a Living Wage Employer

That’s why we chose to become an accredited Living Wage Employer. Paying the real Living Wage means our team earns a fair rate that reflects the true cost of living. It gives them stability and confidence — and that matters to us.
Why we made the change
Accrediting with the Living Wage Foundation was an easy decision. We’ve always aimed to do right by our people, and formalising that commitment felt like a natural next step.
We wanted to make sure every member of our team feels secure and respected. Our industry moves quickly and often feels demanding, so we make sure the people behind the scenes have the support they need — at work and in life.
The Difference We’ve Seen
Since becoming accredited, we’ve noticed a real impact. There’s a stronger sense of trust and stability within the team, and a lot of pride in knowing that The Sourcer is part of something bigger — a movement that’s improving standards for workers everywhere.
